GENERAL INFORMATION	Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited intends to select an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor for implementing the Project on domestic competitive bidding process. OPGC invites on-line bids at the Government e-procurement portal ("e-Tender Portal") at website https://tendersodisha.gov.in on Single Stage Two Envelope Basis from eligible Bidders meeting the Qualifying Criteria and as per the scope of work briefly mentioned in the INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB).
