OFFICE ORDER

                      Odisha Power Generation Corporation do hereby designate the following officers as Public Information Officers under Section-5 of the “Right to Information Act, 2005” to provide information to persons requesting for the same under the provisions of the said Act.

2) Sri S.S. Rath, Manager (Personnel)	- Public Information Officer   ( Ph.- 91-674-2303762 )

                      Any person aggrieved by the decision of the aforesaid Public Information Officer (PIO) or any person who does not receive the information within the specified time may prefer an appeal to Sri M. Mishra, Company Secretary ( Ph.- 91-674-2303758 ), who has been designated as Appellate Authority, under the provisions of Section-19 of the said Act.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
