OPGC has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Transparency International India (TII) New Delhi on 20th of December 2011, for implementation of Integrity Pact Programme (IP Programme) focused on enhancing transparency in award of contracts and procurement processes.
This programme, at present, covers all non-OEM procurements and contracts of the value of Rs.2.5crores and above to be made/awarded through bidding process.
Only those Bidder(s)/Contractor(s) who have expressed their intention/willingnes through submission in the tender process or have entered into an agreement namely Integrity Pact (IP) with OPGC will be eligible to participate in the bidding.
