Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (OPGC), on 22nd October, 2013, contributed Rs.1 crore (Rupees one crore only) to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to provide relief to the people affected by recent disaster (Phailin and subsequent floods) in the Odisha. The cheque was formally handed over to the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in the presence of Energy Minister Arun Kumar Sahoo, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of Energy P. K. Jena, Sri K. Murali, Managing Director, OPGC and Sri A. S. Rao, Director, OPGC.
