We want to go for Annual Rate Contract for Different Industrial Gases as mentioned hereunder for our 2x210 MW Thermal Power Station and the approximate value may be nearly Rupees Nine lakhs annually. The consumption pattern may increase/decrease during the year.
Sealed tenders in duplicate superscribing “ Tender Enq.No. 030/2009-2010 due on 13.07.2009 alongwith manufacturer’s valid price list, authorization certificate, PO copies from reputed vendors/Govt. Organisation/Public Sector Undertaking are invited for supply and delivery of the following items listed below on annual rate contract basis to Ib thermal Power Station. The instruction to tenderers are given overleaf.

Price offered should be of FOR destination, Ib Thermal Power Station. P&F, freight, insurance, ED, ST/VAT & Entry Tax are to be indicated in terms of percentage of basic price or will be loaded maximum while comparing. Payment within 30 days of receipt & acceptance. Submission of EMD & valid STCC must. Please enclose product catalogue & company price list, authorized dealership certificate & send by First Flight Courier so as to reach this office before due date. Please mention your price F.O.R`. destination i.e Ib Thermal Power Station. Your price must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening. Weight of each item after packing shall have to be mentioned in your offer, otherwise maximum freight charges shall be loaded.
