Specification:-
Primary Scrapper with Polyurethane blade, necessary fixes and adjusting arrangements for 1600 mm width Nylon Conveyor belt of vulcanized joint having belt speed of 3 mtr / sec. and coal conveying capacity of 2000 MT/ HR.
Scrapper should have easy install arrangement, twister/torsion tensional type self adjustment system. Good on worn and wet belts application without damage. Applicable to limited access areas and sticky coal conveying
Impact bed for 1600mm width
Specification:-
Impact bed for 1600mm width Nylon Conveyor belt of vulcanized joint having belt speed of 3mtrs/ Sec. and coal conveying capacity of 2000MT/ hr. For moderate impact application in conveying of minus(-)300MM size coal and suitable for fitting in place of 35 degree toughing impact Idlers and for chute opening size of 1200MM X 1200MM.
• Technical guidance to be provided by vendor at the time installation.
• Product catalogue & price list to be enclosed along with offer.
• Recent order copies of other customer to be submitted along with offer to justify the price

Price offered should be of FOR destination including freight charge, IB thermal power station, P & F, Insurance, ED, ST / VAT & entry tax are to be indicated in terms of percentage of basic price or will be loaded maximum while comparing. Payment within 30 days of receipt & acceptance of materials. Submission of TIN number, PAN number, EMD & valid STCC must & send by FIRST FLIGHT / FLY KING courier to JHARSUGUDA BRANCH so as to reach this office before due date. Please mention your price for F.O.R. destination i.e. IB Thermal Power Station (our site). Your price must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of tender opening.
