ODISHA Power Generation Corporation Limited (an ISO-14001: OSHAS-18001 and a leading
dividend paying company in the state of Odisha) invites sealed tender in two bid system (Part-1) as Techno-Commercial bid; Part-2 as Price Bid. Both bids should be enclose in a third envelope super scribing the tender no., date of opening, complete postal address of the firm i.e. as a manufacturers/Authorized dealers/Agents only for supply of following items to 2 x 210 MW

(To be used for fire protection of cables run in fire prone Areas.)
Super electro safe for cable cleaning -------------------------------------------- 400 Ltrs in qty.
(To be used for cable cleaning before application of “Fire retardant Cable Coating
Compound”. Safe for metal & plastic. Evaporation time 25- 30 min.)
- The total quantity of cable to be cleaned and coated with fire retardant Cable coating compound is 1500 square meter.
- Requirement for C&I Cables (Mill area Thermo couple Cables, HP Heater Cables, Boiler Corner Cables, Cables for Super heater & Reheater etc ),
Total Quantity= 1300Sq Mtr.
- Requirement of Electrical Cables (Soot Blower Cables and Actuator Cables in different Areas )= 200 Sq Mtr.
- The total job is to be carried out by the party including cleaning and application of the Fire retardant compound over the cable of approximate area of 1500 Sq Mtr.
- The bidder / manufacturer’s products shall be tested, as per “International Electro Technical Commission (IEC) rule”, i.e. IEC 331:1970 standard, IEC: 332:Part-3: 1992
amendment of 1970, ASTM E 1354, BS – 476 – Part-20,and ASTM D 2863.
. (Necessary documentary proof shall be submitted for the above standard)
- The bidder / manufacturer’s facility for passive fire protection products should have an ISO 9001 approval. Proof of the same should be submitted.
- The bidder should submit all the test report and MSDS for verification duly attested from public notary.
- Enclose your company price list for price justification and brand product catalogue.
- Period of Guarantee / warrantee to be mentioned in offer.
- The bidder shall give a declaration that, they or their associated company are not under black list / holiday list by any central / state govt. agencies or by the central / state PSU company.
- The agency should confirm fire retardant capability (Resistive time period) of 01 mm, 02 mm and 03 mm coatings separately.
- The total quantity required and brand name is to be confirmed by the party of the Fire retardant compound and cable cleaner for corresponding coating thickness.
- Pl. submits recent purchase order copies of other customer for the same / equivalent items to justify the price.
- Pl. submits Job / work order copies of other customer for the same / equivalent items as your credential
- Materials shall be supply within 15 days from the date of P.O. place.
- Job will be started after the confirmation from our site.
- Engineer In charge or their team will be the responsible person to check the quality job.
- Supplier must be supplied all types of personnel protective equipment (PPE) to their people during the job
- Group insurance of the work people must be submitted before entering to our plant. Otherwise they should not allow to plant site to carry out the job.

Price offered should be of FOR destination including freight charge, IB thermal power station, P & F, Insurance, ED, ST / VAT & entry tax are to be indicated in terms of percentage of basic price or will be loaded maximum while comparing.
100 % Payment shall be made within 30 days after receipt and acceptance of materials. Submission of EMD & valid STCC must send by FIRST FLIGHT courier to JHARSUGUDA BRANCH so as to reach this office before due date. Your price must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of tender opening. TIN, CST/VAT numbers and PAN number must be mention in your offer. TDS @20% should be deducted from your bill in case of non submission of PAN details.
