- YOU WILL DEPUTE THEIR REPRESENTATIVE FOR FINAL DRAWING AND TO WITNESS THE ERECTION AND FITNESS OF THE GEAR. THE BACKLASH;RADIAL RUNOUT,AXIAL RUNOUT AND BLUE CONTACT WILL BE AS PER BHEL LIMIT .
- THIRD PARTY INSPECTION BY TATA PROJECTS/LLOYDS SHALL BE CARRID OUT AT WORKS BEFORE DESPATCH
- MATERIAL TEST CERTIFICATE TO BE SUBMITTD BY YOU FROM GOVT. APPROVED AUTHORISED LABORATORY
- LIST OF FIRMS SPECIFICALLY THERMAL POWER PLANT TO WHERE THIS GIRTH GEAR SUPPLIED WITH PERFORMANCE REPORT IF ANY MAY KINLY BE ENCLOSED.

Price offered should be of FOR destination, Ib Thermal Power Station. P&F, freight, insurance, ED, Sales Tax, VAT are to be indicated in terms of percentage of basic price or will be loaded maximum while comparing. Payment within 30 days of receipt & acceptance. Submission of EMD & valid STCC must. Please enclose product catalogue & company price list, authorized dealership certificate & send by First Flight Courier so as to reach this office before due date. Jharsuguda is our nearest transport offices, which is 40 Km from our site. Your price must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening.
