NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Separate Sealed bids in ' Two Part System' and in the prescribed format are invited from bona fide and financially sound reputed agencies / registered Firms / Companies for execution of the following works at Ib-Thermal Power Station, Banharpali.

NB: 1. Bidders having the requisite qualifying criteria specified in the bid documents shall only be considered for the work.
2. The draft bid document may be seen from OPGC web site or can be obtained from the Contract Cell.
3. OPGC will conduct a pre-bid meet with perspective bidders for the above bids at ITPS, Banharpali on 15-07-2011 to understand each others expectations, clarifications if any before submitting the bids.
4. Final bid documents shall be available in website from Date-18/07/2011 onwards.
5. After compiling the pre-bid meet feed back the final bid document will be published for sale plus uploaded in OPGC web site.
* NB 2, 3, 4 & 5 are only applicable for the work at Sl. no 1 & 2.

Bid documents can be obtained from Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali during working days on submission of tender cost as mentioned above. Bid documents can also be downloaded from our website www.opgc.co.in and used as tender document. The date of sale, receipt and opening of bids shall be as per the following schedule:

(a) Date of sale: (i) 18/07/2011 to 15/08/2011 for Sl.No.1 & 2. (ii) 29/06/2011 to 25/07/2011 for Sl. No. 3 (b) Date of receipt/ submission: (i) Up to 1:00 PM of 18-08-2011 for Sl.No.1&2. (ii) Up to 1:00 PM of
28/07/2011 for Sl.No.3 (c) Date of opening of Tech. Bid: (i) 18/08/2011 at 3:00 PM. for Sl.No.1 & at 4:00PM for Sl.No.2. (ii) 28/07/2011 at 3:00 PM. for Sl.No.3

Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Cash / Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpah). Cost of bid documents, if downloaded from our website, shall have to be submitted along with the bid and the DD towards the tender cost (separate from EMD) should be prepared on or before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be liable for rejection. In case of any discrepancy found between tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the later should prevail. No claim on this account shall be entertained. Complete bids shall be received at Contract Cell, ITPS. Bids shall also be opened at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. If the last date of sale / receipt / opening happens to be a HOLIDAY, the tender will be sold / received / opened at the respective time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT/Tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid; otherwise the bid is liable for rejection. Bids without EMD will be rejected outright.

Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
