Bid documents can be obtained from Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali during working days on submission of cost as mentioned above. Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-3899). Bid documents can also be downloaded from our website “www.opgc.co.in” and can be used as tender document, in which case the cost of the same shall have to be submitted along with the bid and the Draft towards the cost of tender (separate from EMD) should be prepared before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be summarily rejected. In case of any discrepancy found between tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the later should prevail. No claim on this account shall be entertained. Complete bids shall be received at Contract Cell, ITPS. Bids shall also be opened at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. If the last date of sale / receipt / opening happens to be a HOLIDAY, the tender will be sold / received / opened at the respective time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT/Tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid; otherwise the bid is liable for rejection. Bids without EMD will be out rightly rejected.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
The date of sale, receipt and opening of bids shall be as per the following schedule:
1. Date of sale: 29/08/2011 to 19/09/2011 (b) Date of receipt/submission: Up to 01:00 P.M of 21/09/2011 (c) Date of opening of Techno-commercial bid: 21/09/2011 at 03:00 P.M. for Sl.No.1.
2. Date of sale: 29/08/2011 to 19/09/2011 (b) Date of receipt/submission: Up to 01:00 P.M of 21/09/2011 (c) Date of opening of Techno-commercial bid: 21/09/2011 at 03:30 P.M. onwards for Sl.No.2 & 3.
