Separate Sealed bids in the prescribed format are invited from bona fide and financially sound reputed Agencies / Registered Firms/Companies for execution of the following works at 2x210 MW Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali.

Besides the EMD, Transaction Fees towards reverse auction @ 0.05% of the total quoted price shall be deposited by all the participating bidders subject to a minimum of Rs 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) and maximum of Rs 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) in shape of Demand Draft in favour of MSTC LIMITED drawn on Punjab National Bank (Branch: LIC Building branch, VISAKHAPATNAM BRANCH) in a separate envelope along with the Techno-commercial bid. The Transaction Fees shall not be refunded once the bidder participated in the Reverse Auction. Before participation in Reverse Auction, Bidder has to register in MSTC e-Procurement portal in advance.
NB: Bidders having the requisite qualifying criteria specified in the bid document shall only be considered for the work.
Draft Bid documents can be downloaded from our website www.opgc.co.in free of cost. The final bid document shall be posted in the website after pre bid meeting, which shall be used by the bidder for submission of bid along with the cost of tender paper. No hard copy of the bid documents shall be sold. Complete bids shall be received in hard copy only.
The bid schedule is as follows:
(a) Date of issue (soft copy only) of draft bid document: 19/07/2014 to 27/07/2014.
(b) Pre-bid meeting: 10:00 AM on 28/07/2014 at Resource Centre, ITPS, Banharpali, Jharsuguda.
(c) Issue of final bid document: 30/07/2014 to 08/08/2014.
(d) Last date of submission/ receipt: up to 3:00 PM on 09/08/2014.
(e) Date of opening of Techno-comm. Bids: 3:30 PM onwards on 09/08/2014.
(f) Date of opening of Price Bids: Shall be intimated later on.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal/courier delay. OPGC reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders, seek additional clarifications, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reasons thereof.
