                  Separate sealed bids for each work in prescribed format are invited from experienced and financially sound parties having requisite class of contract license / registered firm of repute having inline experience, Provident Fund Regn.No., valid IT PAN & STCC for execution of the following works at Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali.

                  Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Contract Cell, ITPS as well as from Technical Department, OPGC Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar during working days on submission of cost as mentioned above. The date of sale, receipt / submission and opening shall be as per the following schedule:

For the works at Sl.No.01 and 05:
(a) Date of sale: 18.10.2004 to 30.10.2004 (on working days)
(b) Date of receipt / submission: 01.11.2004 (Up to 1.00 P.M.)
(c) Date of opening of both Techno-commercial & Price Bid: 03.11.2004 (10.00 A.M.)

For the work at Sl.No.02:
(a) Date of sale: 25.10.2004 to 30.10.2004 (on working days)
(b) Date of receipt / submission: 01.11.2004(Up to 1.00 P.M.)
(c) Date of opening of Techno-commercial Bid: 03.11.2004(3.00 P.M.)
(d) Agencies having experience of painting high-rise structures shall be given preference.

For the work at Sl.No.03, 04,06,07 and 08:
(a) Date of sale: 25.10.2004 to 30.10.2004 (on working days)
(b) Date of receipt / submission: 01.11.2004(Up to 1.00 P.M.)
(c) Date of opening of both Techno-commercial & Price Bid: 03.11.2004(3.00 P.M.)

The cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by cash / Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpahar). Bids for all the works shall be received at both the venues mentioned above and shall be opened only at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. Authorized representative must be Proprietor / Partner / Director or permanent employee with special authorization for this purpose. Firms should submit all required documents as per NIT & Specification along with the bid / techno-commercial bid or else the bid shall be liable for rejection. Sale of tender paper does not conclude that the firm qualifies in the bid / techno-commercial bid.

Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept, reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
