Interested agencies must have experience in installing 1000 kg/hr or more capacity automatic chlorine leak absorption system.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Contract Cell, ITPS from dt.04/12/2004 to dt.15/12/2004 during working days on submission of cost mentioned above. The cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpahar). The bid documents may also be downloaded from the company’s website (www.opgc.co.in) in which case the cost of bid documents shall have to be submitted along with the Techno-commercial part. The draft towards cost of bid documents must be drawn on or before the last date of sale of bid documents. Bids so received without the cost of bid documents or with draft drawn after the last date of sale of bid documents shall be rejected outright. Bids shall be received up to 1.00 P.M of dt.18/12/2004 at the office of the Deputy Manager (Electrical), Contract Cell, ITPS. The Techno-commercial Bids shall be opened at Contract Cell, ITPS at 3.00 P.M on dt.18/12/2004 in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. Sale of tender paper does not conclude for opening of Price Bid unless the bidder qualifies in the Techno-commercial Bid. Authorized representative must be Proprietor / Partner / Director or permanent employee with special authorization for this purpose.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept, reject or split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the whole tender without assigning any reason thereof.
