Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Contract Cell, ITPS during working days on submission of cost as mentioned above and as per the following schedule:
For the work at Sl.No.1:
(a) Date of sale: 21/02/2005 to 26/02/2005 – from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
(b) Date of receipt: 01/03/2005 – Up to 1.00 PM
(c) Date of opening of bids: 01/03/2005 – at 3.00 PM
For the works at SlNo.2, 3 & 4:
(a) Date of sale: 25/02/2005 to 05/03/2005 – from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
(b) Date of receipt: 09/03/2005 – Up to 1.00 PM
(c) Date of opening of bids: 09/03/2005 – at 3.00 PM (Techno-commercial bid only for the work at SlNo2&.4)
The eligibility criteria for Sl. no 02 is as follows:
The bidder must have successful and satisfactory experience in similar work in INDIA.
Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpahar). Bid documents can also be downloaded from the Company’s website “www.opgc.co.in” and can be used as tender document, in which case the cost of the same shall have to be submitted along with the “Techno-commercial” part / bid and the draft towards the cost of tender (separate from EMD) should be prepared before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be summarily rejected. In case of any discrepancy found between tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the latter should prevail. No claim on this account shall be entertained. Bids for all the works shall be received at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. Authorized representative must be Proprietor / Partner / Director or permanent employee with special authorization for this purpose. If the date of sale, opening and receipt happens to be a BANDH or a HOLIDAY, the tender will be opened or received at the same time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT / tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid / techno-commercial part for evaluation (single bid) / qualification (two bid), otherwise the bid is liable for rejection.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept, reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
