OPGC invites Expression of Interest from potential, experienced and financially sound agencies for execution of the work
“Outside painting of 220 Meter High R.C. Multiflue Chimney” at its 2x210 MW Ib Thermal Power Station. Parties having experience of satisfactorily completing similar type of painting job in other power plants / high-rise structures need only apply.
Evaluation Criteria:
The proposal received from the intending bidders shall be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
- Details of work of similar nature executed by the bidder during last three years and present commitments if any.
- Details of plants and equipments to be utilized for the work conforming to our stringent safety requirements.
In addition to the above, the party must submit the following documents along with their proposal:
- Photocopy of the Registration Certificate of Individual / Firm / Company.
- Present & permanent address for correspondence along with Telephone No., Fax No. and E-mail address etc.
- Photocopy of Provident Fund Registration Certificate issued by competent authority.
- Photocopy of Income Tax Pan No.
- Photocopy of valid Sales Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Annual turn over during last three financial years based on audited Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss Account Statement.
- Any other information, the bidder wishes to furnish.
Interested agencies may communicate their Expression of Interest in their own letterheads addressed to Deputy Manager (Elect.), Contract Cell, ITPS enclosing the documents mentioned above so as to reach this office on or before 15/04/2005. OPGC shall not be liable for any postal delay whatsoever.
