OPGC invites Expression of Interest from experienced and financially sound agencies for enlistment in OPGC for its future requirement, if any, for “Running and Maintenance of ITPS Guesthouse” at its 2x210 MW Ib Thermal Power Station. Parties having experience of satisfactorily completing similar type of job in reputed industrial organization/establishment need only apply.
Evaluation Criteria:
The proposal received from the intending bidders shall be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
1) Details of work of similar nature executed by the bidder during last three years and present commitments if any.
In addition to the above, the party must submit the following documents along with their proposal:
1) Photocopy of the Registration Certificate of Individual / Firm / Company.
2) Present & permanent address for correspondence along with Telephone No., Fax No. and E-mail address etc.
3) Photocopy of Provident Fund Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority.
4) Photocopy of Income Tax PAN.
5) Photocopy of valid Sales Tax Clearance Certificate.
6) Service Tax Registration Certificate / Excise Code.
7) Annual turn over during last three financial years based on audited Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss Account Statement.
8) Any other information, the bidder wishes to furnish.
9) Details of experience.
10) Successful Work Completion Certificate.
Interested agencies may communicate their Expression of Interest in their own letterheads addressed to Deputy Manager (Elect.), Contract Cell, ITPS enclosing the documents mentioned above so as to reach this office on or before 09/05/2005. Parties not having the requisite criteria/documents mentioned above shall not be entertained in any case. OPGC shall not be liable for any postal delay whatsoever. OPGC reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on the discretionary power. This enquiry cannot be construed as an offer for Tender for the job mentioned.
