Bid documents for the works can be obtained from the office of the Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali during working days & office hours on submission of cost mentioned against each and as per the following schedule:
(a) Date of sale: 31.10.2005 to 10.11.2005 (b) Date of receipt / submission: Up to 16.11.2005 (1.00 P.M.) (c) Date of opening: 16.11.2005 at 3.00 P.M.
Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Cash/Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on SBI (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / CBI (Code- Belpahar). Bid documents can also be downloaded from the Company’s website “www.opgc.co.in” and can be used as tender document, in which case the cost of the same shall have to be submitted along with the bid. The Bank Draft towards cost of tender (separate from EMD) should be prepared before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be summarily rejected. In case of discrepancy between tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the latter should prevail. No claim on this account shall be entertained. Bids shall be received and opened at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT / tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid; otherwise the bid is liable for rejection.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept, reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
