Sealed offers are invited from bona fide, experienced and financially sound Consultancy Firms having Service Tax Registration Certificate and Income Tax PAN No. for
"Providing consultancy services for drinking water supply scheme to peripheral villages around Ib Thermal Power Station".
Scope of consultancy service includes complete survey, investigation, detailed design and engineering including preparation of item wise estimate, technical specifications and drawing etc. for the project. Bid must be accompanied by an Earnest Money of Rs.2,000.00 (Rupees two thousand) only in shape of Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on SBI (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / CBI (Code- Belpahar) . Bidders shall also furnish credentials & documentary evidences in support of their experience of executing similar work.
Complete offers (inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and levies) shall be received up to 1.00 P.M on dt..24/01/2006 and shall be opened at 3.00 P.M on the same day at Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. Offers received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay . Authority reserves the right to accept, reject any or all offers or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
