Interested parties may communicate the Expression-of-Interest in their letterheads along with work completion certificate, copies of work orders of relevant jobs & relevant documents as mentioned in the eligibility criteria to reach Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali on or before 20/07/2006 positively which shall be opened at 03.00 PM on 21/07/2006 in presence of the participants or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. Expression-of-Interest are invited for evaluation purpose only & shall not be construed as Tender/Bid, in any manner. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of postal delay.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The interested party must be a manufacturer or authorised dealer for Sl. No. 1 and should have experience in the execution of similar specialized jobs for Sl. No. 2.
2. The bidder/interested party must possess & submit valid Income Tax PAN No., Sales Tax / VAT Clearance Certificate, Provident Fund Registration Certificate.

Expression-of-Interest shall be received only at Contract Cell, ITPS and shall be opened in presence of the participants or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. If the date of receipt and opening happens to be a HOLIDAY, the Expression-of-Interest will be received and opened at the same time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents shall be submitted along with the Expression-of-Interest; otherwise the Expression-of-Interest is liable for rejection.

Expression-of-Interest received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept, reject any or all the Expressions-of-Interest or cancel the same altogether without assigning any reasons thereof. The estimate is approximate only & prepared based on broad features and market survey.
