Sealed Tender (two-bid system) in English (1 original + 03 copies) are invited by IB Thermal Power Station, Banharpali for the design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, testing, packing, supply, storage & handling at site, insurance, civil works, erection, commissioning, performance testing, 3 months O&M thereafter, and handing over of 2x30 TPH fly ash dry handling system (System # 2) with all accessories. The fly ash shall be conveyed from 4 nos. of fly ash hoppers (field #1) of both 210MW units of IB Thermal Power Station (with a provision for extending to other 4 nos. of hoppers of each unit) to a 120 MT Primary Silo.

Qualifying Requirement: The bidder should have supplied, erected, and commissioned at least two numbers of pressure conveying dry fly ash handling system of capacity not less than 15 TPH for extracting the fly ash of coal/ lignite fired boiler and conveying to ash silo, with conveying distance of minimum fifty meters. The above system should be in operation for a period of at least one year from the date of commissioning. Bidders having proven expertise in the work required to be executed and a positive net worth financial of the company/ firm only will be considered. The Bidder should posses valid PF Code, IT PAN & VATCC/STCC & Service Tax Code.

The tender documents containing detailed NIT with qualifying requirement, detailed scope of works, General Conditions of contract etc can be obtained either from office of Manager (Electrical), Contract Cell, IB Thermal Power Station, Banhapali, OR from Technical Cell, OPGC Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar during working days & hours on payment of the prescribed cost. Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpaha). If the date of sale, receipt or opening happens to be a HOLIDAY, the tender will be opened or received or opened at the same time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT / tender paper shall be submitted along with the techno-commercial bid; otherwise the bid is liable for rejection.

Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to issue, accept, reject any or all tenders, split up the scope of works among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
