Qualifying Criteria :
1) The bidder must be registered with OPWD / CPWD / RAILWAYS / MES or other Public Sector
Undertaking having experience in executing composite contract consisting of Civil,
Interior & furnishing, Electrical, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Furniture etc.
and having executed a single contract worth Rs. 1.50 crores within last three years.
2) The bidder / his associates should have appropriate class of electrical license
from competent authority to execute electrical work.
3) The bidder can have associates for interior works who should have
experience of executing similar job of value not less than Rs. 60.00 lakhs in a
single tender within last three years and should also have all statutory
documents. In this case the bidder has to submit details of the associates
along with Techno-commercial bid.
4) The bidder / his associates must be having valid IT PAN, VAT / Sales Tax Clearance Certificate, Provident Fund Registration Certificate and Service Tax Registration Certificate of appropriate category
Bid documents can be obtained from Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali during working days on submission of cost as mentioned above. Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpah). “www.opgc.co.in” and can be used as tender document, in which case the cost of the same shall have to be submitted along with the bid and the Draft towards the cost of tender (separate from EMD) should be prepared before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be summarily rejected. In case of any discrepancy found between tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the latter should prevail. No claim on this account shall be entertained. Complete bids shall be received at Contract Cell, ITPS. Bids shall also be opened at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. If the last date of sale / receipt / opening happens to be a HOLIDAY, the tender will be sold / received / opened at the respective time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT/Tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid; otherwise the bid is liable for rejection. Bids without EMD will be out rightly rejected.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
