The cost of tender paper for Sl. No. 1 &2 is Rs.6000/- each.

Time of completion: Total outage time of unit will be maximum 35days from trip to synchronization. The work shall
be complete as per the schedule to meet the above requirement.

The competent party can quote for the entire jobs of Unit-1 capital overhaul (Serial No 1&2 together). However, we
are also inviting the tender from the parties based on functional areas of work i.e. segregated into two sections- 1.
Mechanical 2. Electrical, C&I.
Eligibility criteria:
- Bidders must possess & submit valid Income Tax PAN and VAT/Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Service Tax Registration Certificate, Provident Fund Registration Certificate for execution of the following work at Ib-Thermal Power Station,
Banharpali.
- Inline experience as per details given in the documents. For the work at Sl. No.1 Bidder should possess valid Boiler Repair
License and for work at SlNo.2, bidder should possess valid Electrical HT license from the appropriate authority.
- Bidder must submit filled up EHS contractor pre-qualification questionnaire and accept Zero Tolerance Safety Policy of OPGC
Bid documents can be obtained from Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali during working days on submission of
tender cost as mentioned above. Bid documents can also be downloaded from our website www.opgc.co.in and used as tender
document. The date of sale, receipt and opening of bids shall be as per the following schedule:

(a) Date of sale: 10/09/2009 to 25/09/2009 for all items (b) Date of receipt/ submission: Up to 1:00 PM of 30-09-2009
(c) Date of opening of Tech. Bid: (i) 30-09-2009 at 03:00 PM for Sl.No.1 (ii) 30-09-2009 from 03:45PM for Sl.No.2.
Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Cash / Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India
(Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpah). Cost of bid documents, if downloaded from our
website, shall have to be submitted along with the bid and the DD towards the tender cost (separate from EMD) should be
prepared before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be liable for rejection. In case of any discrepancy found between
tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the latter should prevail. No claim on this account shall be
entertained. Complete bids shall be received at Contract Cell, ITPS. Bids shall also be opened at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of
the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. If the last date of sale / receipt / opening happens to be
a HOLIDAY, the tender will be sold / received / opened at the respective time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the
supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT/Tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid;
otherwise the bid is liable for rejection. Bids without EMD will be rejected outright.
Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay.
Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether
without assigning any reason thereof.
