Separate Sealed bids in ‘Two Part System’ and in the prescribed format are invited from bona fide and financially sound reputed agencies / registered Firms / Companies for execution of the following work at Ib-Thermal Power Station, Banharpali.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Bidders must possess & submit valid Income Tax PAN and VAT/Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Service Tax Registration Certificate, Provident Fund Registration Certificate for execution of the above work at Ib-Thermal Power Station, Banharpali.
2. Must have executed and successfully completed at least 01(One) C&I DCS R&M project in 110MW & above thermal power plant as an integrated package (SG, TG & BOP) during last three years.
3. Must be able to submit the performance certificates of successful & timely completion of the job from the customer.
4. Must have executed R&M projects with at least 50 numbers of electronic panels and minimum 3000 numbers of I/Os.
5. Must have all specialized tools and tackles like ferrule tagging machine, meggers, digital multimeters, cable jointing and testing equipment etc.
6. Must have adequate no. of qualified and experienced engineers, supervisors, technicians and electricians having exposure to C&I DCS R & M jobs, field instrumentation, and DCS system.
7. Bidder must submit filled up EHS contractor pre-qualification questionnaire and acceptance of OPGC “Zero Tolerance Safety Policy”.

Bid documents can be obtained from Contract Cell, Ib Thermal Power Station, Banharpali during working days on submission of tender cost as mentioned above. Bid documents can also be downloaded from our website www.opgc.co.in and used as tender document. The date of sale, receipt and opening of bids shall be as per the following schedule:

(a) Date of sale: 18/08/2010 to 04/09/2010 (b) Date of receipt/submission: Up to 1:00 P.M of 07/09/2010 (c) Date of opening of technical bid: 07/09/2010 at 3:00 P.M.

Cost of bid documents (non-refundable) shall be paid by Cash / Demand Draft in favour of OPGC Ltd. drawn on State Bank of India (Code-9510) / Andhra Bank (Code-0662) / Central Bank of India (Code-Belpah). Cost of bid documents, if downloaded from our website, shall have to be submitted along with the bid and the DD towards the tender cost (separate from EMD) should be prepared before the last date of sale of tender, otherwise shall be liable for rejection. In case of any discrepancy found between tender document downloaded from website and the master copy in our office, the latter should prevail. No claim on this account shall be entertained. Complete bids shall be received at Contract Cell, ITPS. Bids shall also be opened at Contract Cell, ITPS in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if present at the time of opening. If the last date of sale / receipt / opening happens to be a HOLIDAY, the tender will be sold / received / opened at the respective time on the next working day. The photocopies of all the supporting documents required for participating in the tender mentioned in NIT/Tender paper shall be submitted along with the bid; otherwise the bid is liable for rejection. Bids without EMD will be out rightly rejected.

Bids received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. OPGC shall not take any liability on account of any postal delay. Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all tenders, split up the scope among eligible bidders or cancel the tender altogether without assigning any reason thereof.
